Fix payment and payout problems!

For Businesses: Card Declined

Why:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Wrong CVV
  • Bank blocked charge

Fixes:

1. Check Card:

  • Not expired
  • Sufficient credit available
  • Card active

2. Try Different Card:

  • Use backup payment method
  • Or add new card

3. Contact Bank:

  • They may have blocked charge
  • Ask them to allow Shaloz/Stripe charges
  • Security measure

4. Update Billing Info:

  • Billing ZIP correct
  • Name matches card

For Drivers: Can't Cash Out

Causes:

  • Under $1 minimum
  • No payment method added
  • Payment method not verified
  • Network issue

Fixes:

1. Check Balance:

  • At least $1.00 available?
  • Check "Available" not "Pending"

2. Add Payment Method:

  • Settings → Payment Methods
  • Add bank or debit card
  • Verify

3. Verify Bank Account:

  • Check for micro-deposits
  • Confirm in app
  • May take 1-2 days

4. Try Again:

  • Check internet
  • Restart app
  • Try later

Authorization Hold Not Released

For Businesses:

Normal:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Hold released by Shaloz immediately
  • Bank takes 1-7 days to remove

Not Our Control:

  • Banks hold funds
  • Even after release
  • Contact bank if >7 days

Missing Earnings (Drivers)

Check:

  • In "Pending" balance?
  • Becomes available in hours
  • Complete delivery?

If Truly Missing:

  • Contact help.shaloz.com immediately
  • Provide order/delivery details
  • They'll investigate

Payout Delayed (Drivers)

Bank Transfer:

  • Takes 1-3 business days
  • Normal
  • Weekends don't count
  • Be patient

Debit Card:

  • Usually instant
  • Can take up to 30 minutes
  • If >1 hour: Contact support

If Very Late:

  • Check bank account details correct
  • Contact help.shaloz.com

Debit Card Declined (Drivers)

Why:

  • Card expired
  • Card cancelled
  • Bank declined
  • Daily limit reached

Fixes:

  • Check card active
  • Try different card
  • Use bank account instead
  • Contact your bank

Can't Add Payment Method

Businesses:

  • Card number correct?
  • All required fields filled?
  • Try different card
  • Clear browser cache

Drivers:

  • Routing number 9 digits?
  • Account number correct?
  • Try different method
  • Update app

Charged Twice

Rare But:

  • Check order IDs
  • May be two separate orders
  • Contact help.shaloz.com
  • Provide both charge details
  • Refund if error

Refund Requests

Businesses:

  • Contact help.shaloz.com
  • Provide order ID
  • Explain situation
  • They'll review

Drivers:

  • Earnings from completed deliveries
  • Non-refundable
  • Disputes handled by support

Auto-Payout Not Working (Drivers)

Check:

  • Auto-payout enabled?
  • Threshold reached?
  • Payment method valid?
  • Check email for error

Fix:

  • Re-enable auto-payout
  • Verify payment method
  • Lower threshold
  • Contact support
