No Routes Showing - Fix It

Why aren't deliveries appearing?

Problem: No Deliveries Showing

Common Causes:

1. Not Online:

  • Check status in app
  • Should say "Online" not "Offline"
  • Tap "Go Online" if offline

2. No Vehicle Selected:

  • Must enter vehicle info to go online
  • License plate, state, type
  • Required every time

3. Not in Service Area:

  • Shaloz doesn't operate everywhere
  • Check you're in covered city
  • Move to busier area

4. Slow Time:

  • Not many deliveries available
  • Try busier hours:
  • Lunch (11 AM - 2 PM)
  • Dinner (5 PM - 8 PM)
  • Weekends

Check You're Online

Verify:

  • Big button says "Go Offline" (means you're currently online)
  • Status bar shows "Online"
  • Green indicator

If Offline:

  • Tap "Go Online"
  • Enter vehicle info
  • Try again

Service Area

Shaloz Operates In:

  • Select US cities
  • Check if your area served
  • May need to drive to busier area

Try Different Location:

  • Commercial districts
  • Shopping centers
  • Restaurant areas
  • Near pickup locations

Vehicle Type

Try Different Type:

  • If using "Box Truck" but not many large packages
  • Switch to "SUV" or "Sedan"
  • More delivery opportunities
  • When going online, select different type

App Issues

Technical Problems:

Try:

  • Force close app
  • Reopen
  • Check internet connection
  • Update app
  • Restart phone

Account Status

Check Account:

  • Account approved?
  • Not suspended?
  • Payment method active?

If Issues:

  • Check account status in app
  • Contact support if suspended

GPS Must Work:

  • Enable location (Always)

  • Routes use your location

  • Just not many orders right now
  • Wait 10-15 minutes

  • Come back during busier hours (lunch, dinner)

Don't Give Up:

  • Demand fluctuates
  • Some days busier than others
  • Keep app open
  • Notifications alert you

  • Popular areas = more drivers
  • Routes go to first to accept
  • Try less popular areas
  • Or wait for next route

1. Stay Near Businesses:

  • Restaurants
  • Shopping centers
  • Pickup locations

2. Work Busier Hours:

  • When most orders happen (lunch, dinner)
  • More consistent routes

3. Keep App Open:

  • Notifications help
  • But app open = see immediately

4. Be Ready to Accept Fast:

  • Routes go quickly
  • Accept quickly when appear
