Can't login? Here's how to fix it!

Problem: SMS Code Not Arriving

Fixes:

1. Check Phone Number:

  • Entered correctly?
  • Include area code
  • US number format
  • No typos

2. Wait 60 Seconds:

  • Code takes time to arrive
  • Network delays
  • Be patient

3. Check Phone Signal:

  • Cellular signal strength
  • Not in airplane mode
  • WiFi doesn't help SMS

4. Resend Code:

  • Tap "Resend Code"
  • Available after 60 seconds
  • New code sent

5. Try "Call Me":

  • Tap "Call Me Instead"
  • Receive voice call
  • Code read aloud
  • Alternative to SMS
