Shaloz Not Appearing at Checkout
Why customers don't see Shaloz option and how to fix!

Problem: Shaloz Not Showing
Common Causes:
1. Plugin Not Enabled:
- WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
- Click zone → Click Shaloz Shipping
- Check "Enable Shaloz Shipping" box
- Save changes
2. Wrong Environment:
- Using Sandbox key in Production
- Or vice versa
- Match key to environment
- Test connection
3. Customer ZIP Not Served:
- Shaloz doesn't deliver there
- Outside your shipment zones
- Too far from pickup location
- This is normal!
4. Customer Not in USA:
- Shaloz US only
- International addresses won't see Shaloz
- Expected behavior
5. No ZIP Entered:
- Customer must enter full address
- Including ZIP code
- Before shipping methods calculate

Testing
Test Yourself:
- Add product to cart
- Go to checkout
- Enter test address:
- Use ZIP you know you serve
- In USA
- Complete address
- Should see Shaloz
If Still Not Showing:
- Continue troubleshooting below

Check Shipping Zone
Verify Shaloz in Zone:
- WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
- Click your zone
- See "Shaloz Shipping" in methods list?
- If not: Add it
- If yes: Click to configure

Check API Connection
Test Connection:
- Shaloz Shipping settings
- Click "Test Connection"
- Should show success
- If error: Fix API key

Check Shipment Zones
In Shaloz Portal:
- portal.shaloz.com
- Shipment Zones page
- Is customer ZIP in your zones?
- If not: Add it
- Test again

Debug Mode
Enable Logging:
- Shaloz Shipping settings
- Enable "Debug Mode"
- Save
- Try checkout again
- Check logs:
- WooCommerce → Status → Logs
- Look for Shaloz log
- See error messages

Common Error Messages
"Invalid API Key":
- Fix: Enter correct key
- Match environment
"Service not available":
- Customer ZIP not served
- Normal - they use other shipping
"Connection timeout":
- Server can't reach Shaloz API
- Contact web host

Plugin Activated?
- Plugins → Installed Plugins
- Shaloz shows "Active"?
WooCommerce Working?
- Other shipping methods showing?
- If nothing shows: WooCommerce issue
Cache:
- Clear WooCommerce cache
- Clear site cache
- Test in incognito window
