Set up payment methods for smooth transactions!

For Businesses
Payment Methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- For paying delivery fees
- Stripe secure processing
Adding Card:
- Portal → Settings → Payment Methods
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- Enter card details:
- Card number
- Expiry
- CVV
- Billing ZIP
- Save
- Card verified by Stripe
Multiple Cards:
- Add several cards
- Set one as default
- Switch as needed
- Backup options
Default Card:
- Used automatically for fulfillments
- Set in payment methods list
- Click "Set as Default"

Payment Methods:
- Bank accounts
- Debit cards
- For receiving earnings
Adding Bank Account:
- App → Settings → Payment Methods
- "Add Bank Account"
- Enter:
- Routing number (9 digits)
- Account number
- Account type (checking/savings)
- Save
- Verify (micro-deposits may be sent)
Adding Debit Card:
- Settings → Payment Methods
- "Add Debit Card"
- Enter card details
- Save
- Instant verification
Primary Method:
- Used for auto-payouts
- Set one as primary
- Can change anytime

Auto-Payout (Drivers)
What Is It:
- Automatic daily payouts
- When balance reaches threshold
- No manual cash-outs needed
- Set it and forget it!
Setting Up:
- Settings → Auto-Payout
- Toggle "Enable Auto-Payout" ON
- Set threshold: $50, $100, $200, etc.
- Choose payment method
- Save
How It Works:
- Balance reaches $100 (example)
- Automatic payout triggered
- Money sent to chosen method
- Happens daily
- Email confirmation

Deleting Payment Methods
Businesses:
- Can't delete only card
- Must have at least one
- Delete in Settings → Payment Methods
Drivers:
- Keep at least one method
- Delete old methods
- Update if card expires

Updating Payment Info
Card Expired:
- Add new card with updated expiry
- Set as default
- Delete old card
- Continue as normal
Changed Banks:
- Add new bank account
- Verify
- Set as primary
- Delete old account

Troubleshooting
Problem: Card Declined
Fixes:
- Check card not expired
- Verify sufficient funds/credit
- Check billing ZIP correct
- Contact your bank
- Try different card
Problem: Can't Add Bank Account
Check:
- Routing number 9 digits
- Account number correct
- Account active
- Try again
Problem: Auto-Payout Not Working
Verify:
- Auto-payout enabled
- Threshold reached
- Payment method valid
- Check email for errors
