Portal Settings:
- Log into portal.shaloz.com
- Click "Settings"
- Update desired fields
- Save changes
Cannot Change:
- Phone number (contact support)
- Business ID
- Account creation date

In App:
- Menu → Profile
- Tap "Edit"
- Change fields
- Save
Cannot Change:
- Phone number (contact support)

Why Update:
- Receive notifications
- Account communications
- Receipts and confirmations
How:
- Profile/Settings
- Email field
- Enter new email
- Save
- May need to verify new email

Changing Phone Number

- Cannot change in app/portal

- Security risk if easy to change
- Requires identity verification

Businesses:
- Settings → Payment Methods
- Add/remove credit cards
- Update card details
Drivers:
- Settings → Payment Methods
- Add/remove bank accounts/debit cards
- Set primary method
