Know what each status means and what to do!

Complete Status Flow
Your Delivery Journey:
Assigned → En Route to Pickup → Arrived at Pickup →
Picked Up → En Route to Drop-off → Arrived at Drop-off → Completed

Status: Assigned
What It Means:
- You accepted the route
- Route in your active deliveries
- Haven't started trip yet
What to Do:
- Review pickup and drop-off addresses
- When ready, tap "Start Trip"
- Navigation begins
How Long:
- Until you start trip
- No time limit
- Start when ready

Status: En Route to Pickup
What It Means:
- You started trip
- Navigating to business/pickup location
- Business knows you're coming
What to Do:
- Follow navigation
- Head to pickup address
- Tap "I've Arrived" when you reach location
Visible To:
- Business can track your location
- ETA shown to business
- Professional appearance matters

Status: Arrived at Pickup
What It Means:
- You marked arrival at business
- Getting package
- Awaiting verification
What to Do:
- Enter business
- Get package
- Get verification code
- Enter code in app
- Tap "Confirm Pickup"
How Long:
- 2-5 minutes typical
- Time to get package and verify

Status: Picked Up / En Route to Drop-off
What It Means:
- Package in your possession
- Confirmed pickup
- Heading to customer
What to Do:
- Secure package in vehicle
- Follow navigation to customer
- Prepare for delivery
Visible To:
- Customer can now track you
- Customer sees your ETA
- Real-time location shared

Status: Arrived at Drop-off
What It Means:
- You're at customer address
- About to deliver
- Final step!
What to Do:
- Find customer/address
- Ring doorbell or knock
- Hand package or leave safely
- Prepare for photo
How Long:
- 1-3 minutes
- Quick delivery and photo

Status: Completed
What It Means:
- Photo taken and uploaded
- Delivery finished
- Payment processed
What Happens:
- Earnings added to balance
- Delivery marked complete
- Customer notified
- Move to next delivery or go offline
Celebrate:
- You earned money!
- On to next one!

Status: Cancelled
What It Means:
- Delivery was cancelled
- By you, business, or system
- No delivery occurs
Why:
- Business cancelled order
- You cancelled route
- Customer unavailable
- Technical issue
Payment:
- May receive partial payment if you already traveled
- Depends on how far you got
- Small cancellation fee (if you didn't cancel)

Customer Visibility
What Customers See:
- Before Pickup: "Driver assigned"
- En Route to Pickup: Not visible to customer yet
- After Pickup: Your location in real-time
- Completed: Delivery confirmation
Your Privacy:
- Location shared only during active delivery
- Anonymous calling
- Professional boundaries

What Businesses See:
- Assigned: Your name, vehicle
- En Route: Your location, ETA
- Arrived: Ready for pickup
- Completed: Delivery confirmed

If You're Delayed
Traffic, etc.:
- ETA updates automatically
- Customer sees new ETA
- No need to call unless very delayed
- Just keep driving safely

Status Problems
Problem: Status Not Updating
Check:
- Internet connection
- GPS enabled
- App in foreground
- Tap status button again
Fix:
- Close and reopen app
- Check network signal
- Restart phone
Problem: Can't Change Status
Causes:
- GPS not accurate yet
- Not at correct location
- Network issue
Wait:
- GPS acquires signal
- Move to better location
- Try again
Problem: Stuck on One Status
Fix:
- Force close app
- Reopen
- Status should update
- Contact support if persists

Status Updates:
