In App:

  1. Tap menu (three lines) or profile icon
  2. Tap "Profile" or "Settings"
  3. See your information

What's Shown:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Date of birth
  • Account creation date
  • Account ID

Profile Photo

Add or Change Photo:

  1. Tap profile photo circle
  2. Choose "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library"
  3. Take new photo or select existing
  4. Crop if needed
  5. Save

Tips:

  • Professional appearance
  • Clear, well-lit
  • Just your face
  • Smile!

  • Businesses see your photo
  • Professional appearance

Vehicle Management

Add Vehicle:

  1. Settings → Vehicles
  2. Tap "Add Vehicle"
  3. Enter:
  4. License plate
  5. State of registration
  6. Vehicle type
  7. Save

Vehicle Types:

  • Sedan - Small packages (up to 150 lbs)
  • SUV - Small + Medium (up to 250 lbs)
  • Van - All sizes (up to 500 lbs)
  • Pickup Truck - Large items (up to 800 lbs)
  • Box Truck - Oversized (up to 1,500 lbs)

Multiple Vehicles

Why Add Multiple:

  • Switch between vehicles
  • Use truck for big packages
  • Use sedan for quick deliveries
  • Flexibility

Switching Vehicles:

  1. When going online
  2. Select vehicle from list
  3. Go online with that vehicle
  4. Routes match vehicle type

Editing Vehicles

Change Vehicle Info:

  1. Vehicles list
  2. Tap vehicle
  3. Edit details
  4. Save changes

Delete Vehicle:

  1. Tap vehicle
  2. Tap "Delete"
  3. Confirm
  4. Vehicle removed

Can't Delete:

  • Your only vehicle
  • Currently active vehicle

Notification Settings

Push Notifications:

  • New route available
  • Route accepted
  • Payment received
  • Account updates

Manage:

  1. Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle each type on/off
  3. Save preferences

Recommended:

  • New routes (don't miss opportunities!)
  • Payment notifications
  • Marketing (optional)

Preferences:

  • Language: English, Spanish, etc.
  • Theme: Light or Dark mode
  • Navigation: Map orientation

Access:

  • Settings → App Settings

Manage Bank Accounts:

  1. Settings → Payment Methods
  2. See all saved methods
  3. Add new or delete old
  4. Set primary method

Problem: Can't Update Profile

Fix:

  • Check internet connection
  • Force close and reopen app
  • Try again

Problem: Vehicle Type Won't Change

Cause: While currently online

Fix:

  • Go offline
  • Change vehicle
  • Go online with new vehicle

Problem: Notifications Not Working

Check:

  • App notifications enabled in phone settings
  • Internet connection
  • App updated
