Navigation Tips

Before Starting:

• Check route overview
• Verify destination correct

• Plan for parking

While Driving:

Arriving:

• Look for address number
• Park safely before delivery
• Use "Arrived" button

Navigation Problems

Problem: GPS Not Working

Fixes:

• Enable location services in phone settings
• Give app location permission ("Always")
• Restart app
• Check internet connection
• Toggle airplane mode off

Problem: Wrong Location Shown

Causes:

• GPS acquiring signal
• Poor signal in buildings/tunnels

Wait:

• Signal usually improves quickly
• Move to open area
• Restart navigation

Problem: Can't Hear Voice Directions

Check:

• Phone volume turned up
• Not on silent/vibrate
• App has audio permission
• Bluetooth not routing to disconnected device

Problem: Navigation Frozen

Fix:

• Close and reopen app
• Restart phone
• Check internet connection
• Update app

Manual Navigation

If App Navigation Fails:

• Use your own GPS app (Google Maps, Apple Maps)
• Copy address from Shaloz app
• Paste into your GPS
• Still complete delivery in Shaloz app

Not Recommended:

• Less integrated
• Manual switching
• But works if needed

Parking at Destinations

Navigation Shows:

• Exact destination
• Doesn't find parking for you

Your Job:

• Find legal parking
• Quick stop
• Don't block traffic
• Obey signs

Tips:

• Park on same side of street
• Look for loading zones
• Quick deliveries = less parking worry

Usually Very Accurate:

• Within 10-30 feet
• Good enough for deliveries

Less Accurate:

• Tall buildings (signal bounce)
• Tunnels/underground
• Heavy tree cover
• Indoor
