Final step - deliver the package and get paid!

Navigate to Customer

After Pickup:

  • Navigation automatically updates
  • Heading to customer address
  • Follow turn-by-turn directions
  • ETA to customer shown

Arriving at Delivery Location

When You Reach Address:

  1. Park safely
  2. Tap "I've Arrived" in app
  3. Status: "Arrived at Drop-off"

Find the Right Location:

  • Check house number
  • Look for apartment/unit number
  • Verify address matches

Contacting Customer

If Needed:

  • Tap "Call Customer" in app
  • Anonymous number (customer doesn't see your real number)
  • Ask for directions, gate code, etc.
  • Professional and friendly

When to Call:

  • Can't find address
  • Gate/building locked
  • Need access instructions
  • Customer not home

Handing Off Package

Customer Home:

  1. Ring doorbell or knock
  2. Wait for customer
  3. Say: "Delivery from Shaloz!"
  4. Hand package to customer
  5. Wish them a nice day!

Customer Not Home:

  • Check delivery instructions in app
  • Leave in safe place if allowed:
  • Front porch
  • Behind planter
  • Hidden from street
  • Follow any special instructions
  • Do NOT leave if instructions say "Hand to customer only"

Taking Photo Proof

Required for Every Delivery:

Take Clear Photo:

  • Package at delivery location
  • Door/address visible if possible
  • Good lighting
  • Package clearly shown

Photo Confirms:

  • Package delivered
  • Condition on delivery
  • Location
  • Timestamp

Tips:

  • Step back for context
  • Show house number if visible
  • Make sure package in frame
  • Not blurry

Completing Delivery

After Photo:

  1. Tap "Complete Delivery"
  2. Photo uploads
  3. Delivery marked complete!
  4. Earnings instantly added to balance!

Success Screens:

  • "Delivery Completed!"
  • Earnings shown: +$12.50
  • On to next delivery or go offline

Check App for:

  • "Leave at door"
  • "Ring doorbell"
  • "Don't ring - baby sleeping"
  • Gate codes
  • Unit numbers
  • Special requests

Follow Instructions:

  • Customers appreciate it
  • Better ratings

Tips:

  • Get building number first
  • Find correct entrance
  • Use directory for unit location
  • Call customer if lost
  • Take photo at apartment door

Security Buildings:

  • Call customer for access
  • Wait for them to buzz you in
  • Or use provided code

Multiple Deliveries

If You Have Several:

  1. Complete current delivery
  2. App shows next destination
  3. Navigate to next address
  4. Repeat process
  5. Complete all deliveries

Organize Packages:

  • Check order in app
  • Keep packages sorted
  • Grab correct package for each stop

Delivery Problems

Problem: Customer Not Home, Can't Leave Package

Solutions:

  • Call customer (in-app calling)
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Check instructions
  • If can't deliver: Contact support
  • May need to return to business

Problem: Wrong Address

What to Do:

  • Call customer
  • Get correct address
  • Navigate to new location
  • Update in app if possible
  • Contact support if far away

Problem: Customer Refuses Package

Rare But:

  • Ask why
  • Try to resolve
  • If they insist: Contact support
  • Don't force delivery
  • Return to business if directed

Problem: Can't Find Address

Try:

  • Check GPS location
  • Call customer
  • Check nearby houses
  • Look for landmarks
  • Ask neighbors (politely)

Safety

Stay Safe:

  • Trust your instincts
  • Don't enter homes
  • Stay in well-lit areas
  • If uncomfortable, contact support

Parking:

  • Don't block driveways
  • Obey parking signs
  • Quick delivery = less parking issues

  • Be aware of surroundings
  • Deliver during daylight when possible
