How to successfully pick up packages and start delivery!

After Starting Trip:
- Navigation automatically begins
- Follow turn-by-turn directions
- ETA shown
- Real-time traffic updates
Heading to:
- Business location
- Pickup location
- Store address

Arriving at Pickup
When You Reach Location:
- Park safely (don't block traffic)
- Tap "I've Arrived" in app
- Status changes to "Arrived at Pickup"
Finding the Location:
- Look for business name
- Check address matches
- Call business if can't find (button in app)

Meeting the Business
Enter Business:
- Introduce yourself: "Hi, I'm [Name] with Shaloz"
- Show order number on phone
- Business will get package ready
Be Professional:
- Friendly and polite
- Quick and efficient
- Verify order details

Verification Code
Business Gives You Code:
- 4-6 digit number
- Displayed in their portal
- Confirms correct driver
Enter Code in App:
- Tap "Confirm Pickup"
- Code entry screen appears
- Type the code
- Tap "Submit"
Code Validates:
- Correct: Pickup confirmed!
- Wrong: Try again or ask business

Check:
- Correct order number
- Package looks intact
- Size matches description
- Fragile? Handle carefully
Ask Business:
- Any special instructions?
- Fragile items inside?
- Customer preferences?

After Confirming Pickup
Status Updates:
- "En Route to Drop-off"
- Navigation switches to customer address
- ETA to customer shown
What to Do:
- Secure package in vehicle
- Head to customer address
- Follow navigation

Problem: Business Closed
What to Do:
- Check hours

- May need to cancel delivery
Problem: Wrong Verification Code
Try:
- Ask business for code again
- Check you're entering all digits
- Verify this is correct order
- Contact support if persistent
Problem: Package Not Ready
Options:
- Wait a few minutes
- Ask estimated time
- If too long, contact support
- May cancel and move to next delivery
