See exactly where every delivery is - without leaving WooCommerce!

Where to See Status

In WooCommerce Order:

  1. WordPress → WooCommerce → Orders
  2. Click on any Shaloz order
  3. Look for "Shaloz Fulfillment" box (right sidebar)
  4. Shows current delivery status!

Fulfillment Status Box

What's Shown:

Fulfillment ID:

  • Unique ID for this delivery
  • Example: ful_abc123456
  • Use this when contacting support

Current Status:

  • Shows where delivery is in process
  • Updates automatically (with webhooks)
  • Or click "Refresh Status" for latest

Driver Information (when assigned):

  • Driver name
  • Vehicle type and license plate
  • Contact option

Action Buttons:

  • Track Shipment
  • Refresh Status
  • Cancel (if delivery not completed)

Understanding Each Status

Pending Fulfillment:

  • Order synced to Shaloz Portal
  • Waiting for you to fulfill it
  • Action: Log into portal and fulfill

Sent for Delivery:

  • You fulfilled in portal
  • Payment processed
  • System finding available driver
  • Usually 1-5 minutes in this status

Assigned to Driver:

  • Driver accepted delivery
  • Driver preparing to head to pickup
  • Driver info now visible
  • Action: Prepare package for pickup

En Route to Pickup:

  • Driver on the way to you
  • ETA shown in tracking
  • Action: Have package ready!

Arrived at Pickup:

  • Driver at your location
  • Waiting for package
  • Action: Give package and verification code to driver

En Route to Drop-off:

  • Driver has package
  • Heading to customer
  • ETA to customer shown
  • Action: Nothing - driver's got it!

Arrived at Drop-off:

  • Driver at customer location
  • About to deliver
  • Action: Almost done!

Completed:

  • Package delivered successfully
  • Photo proof captured
  • Order automatically marked complete
  • Action: Celebrate!

Cancelled:

  • Delivery was cancelled
  • No delivery occurred
  • Check order notes for reason

Using Track Shipment Button

Click "Track Shipment":

  • Opens tracking page in new tab
  • Shows real-time driver location on map
  • Full timeline of status updates
  • Estimated arrival time

Share with Customer:

  • Copy tracking URL
  • Email or message to customer
  • They can watch driver's progress
  • Builds excitement and trust!

Refresh Status Button

When to Use:

  • Status seems outdated
  • Want latest update immediately
  • Webhook delayed
  • Just want to check

How It Works:

  • Click "Refresh Status"
  • Connects to Shaloz API
  • Gets current status
  • Updates display instantly
  • New info appears in box

Use Cases:

  • Customer calls asking "Where's my order?"
  • Click Refresh → Get latest → Tell customer
  • Quick and easy!

Viewing Delivery Proof

After Delivery Completes:

In Fulfillment Box:

  • Status: Completed
  • New button: "View Delivery Proof"
  • Click to see photo

Delivery Proof Shows:

  • Photo driver took at customer's door
  • Timestamp of delivery
  • GPS location where photo taken
  • Confirms package delivered

Why It Matters:

  • Evidence of delivery
  • Resolves "didn't receive" disputes
  • Shows package condition
  • Professional documentation

Troubleshooting

Problem: Fulfillment Box Not Showing

Possible Causes:

  • Order doesn't use Shaloz shipping
  • Plugin not activated
  • Display issue

Fixes:

  • Verify order has "Shaloz Shipping" method
  • Check plugin is active
  • Refresh page
  • Try different browser

Problem: Status Not Updating

Check:

  • Webhooks configured?
  • Internet connection working?
  • Delivery actually progressed in Shaloz?

Fixes:

  • Click "Refresh Status" manually
  • Check webhook setup (Article 3.8)
  • Log into Shaloz Portal to verify actual status

Problem: "Track Shipment" Link Not Working

Possible Causes:

  • Order not fulfilled yet
  • Driver not assigned yet
  • Network issue

Fixes:

  • Wait for driver assignment
  • Try refreshing page
  • Check order is fulfilled in portal

Problem: Can't See Driver Info

Cause: Driver not assigned yet

When You'll See It:

  • After order status changes to "Assigned to Driver"
  • Usually 1-5 minutes after fulfillment
  • Automatic - no action needed

Check Regularly:

  • Morning: Review pending orders
  • Midday: Check active deliveries
  • Evening: Confirm all completed

Customer Service:

  • Use Refresh Status before answering customer questions
  • Share tracking link proactively

  • Screenshot delivery proof for records
  • Note any unusual situations in order notes
  • Archive completed orders monthly
