See exactly where every delivery is - without leaving WooCommerce!

Where to See Status
In WooCommerce Order:
- WordPress → WooCommerce → Orders
- Click on any Shaloz order
- Look for "Shaloz Fulfillment" box (right sidebar)
- Shows current delivery status!

Fulfillment Status Box
What's Shown:
Fulfillment ID:
- Unique ID for this delivery
- Example: ful_abc123456
- Use this when contacting support
Current Status:
- Shows where delivery is in process
- Updates automatically (with webhooks)
- Or click "Refresh Status" for latest
Driver Information (when assigned):
- Driver name
- Vehicle type and license plate
- Contact option
Action Buttons:
- Track Shipment
- Refresh Status
- Cancel (if delivery not completed)

Understanding Each Status
Pending Fulfillment:
- Order synced to Shaloz Portal
- Waiting for you to fulfill it
- Action: Log into portal and fulfill
Sent for Delivery:
- You fulfilled in portal
- Payment processed
- System finding available driver
- Usually 1-5 minutes in this status
Assigned to Driver:
- Driver accepted delivery
- Driver preparing to head to pickup
- Driver info now visible
- Action: Prepare package for pickup
En Route to Pickup:
- Driver on the way to you
- ETA shown in tracking
- Action: Have package ready!
Arrived at Pickup:
- Driver at your location
- Waiting for package
- Action: Give package and verification code to driver
En Route to Drop-off:
- Driver has package
- Heading to customer
- ETA to customer shown
- Action: Nothing - driver's got it!
Arrived at Drop-off:
- Driver at customer location
- About to deliver
- Action: Almost done!
Completed:
- Package delivered successfully
- Photo proof captured
- Order automatically marked complete
- Action: Celebrate!
Cancelled:
- Delivery was cancelled
- No delivery occurred
- Check order notes for reason

- Opens tracking page in new tab
- Shows real-time driver location on map
- Full timeline of status updates
- Estimated arrival time
Share with Customer:
- Copy tracking URL
- Email or message to customer
- They can watch driver's progress

When to Use:
- Status seems outdated
- Want latest update immediately
- Webhook delayed
- Just want to check
How It Works:
